TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. BOOKING
After we hand out the Voucher to you, the booking applies as confirmed within our trading conditions .
The confirmation is an unchangeable and admitted component of the completed contract of carriage with you.

2. LIABILITY
The company is liable for the proper execution of the agreed upon person and luggage transportation only in the context of the existing insurance and so far SMS is
not proved guilty.

3.WARRANTY
SMS rends no warranty in case of road blocks, flight delays, earlier departure or arrival flights, damages, occurrences of war or act of god.

4.CHANGE OF RESERVATION
If you or your travel organizer change the date or times of your departure or arrival flight, SMS has to be informed immediately, at least 48 hours before the usually booked flight. Short- timed booking changements is dispensing SMS of the Transfer duties. Longer waiting time can be the consequence.
Flight delays can also be a consequence for longer waiting times.

5. CANCELLATION
Up to 5 days before departure – free of charge. From the 4 th to the 2 nd day we charge a fee of 50 %. Under 2 days 100 %.

6. DEPARTURE JOURNEY
We tell you the pick up time and place at least one day before your departure . The pick up time considerates the flight departure times in a way that all the passengers are at the airport on time.

7. RETURN JOURNEY
The meeting point for your return trip is the Counter TRANSFERSERVICE in the Central area in Terminal 1.Please go to our Counter immediately after arriving.

8. WAITING TIME FOR THE RETURN JOURNEY
There can be waiting times. We are always trying to keep the waiting times as short as possible.
With the Shuttle Bus the maximal waiting time is 90 minutes. No waiting time with EXCLUSIVE TRANFERS.
